Quality Assurance Engineer / Sr. Engineer (Claim Management)

·       Customer Complaint Management: Serve as the first point of contact for customer quality issues, recording and coordinating all formal complaints and claims

·       Failure Analysis & Investigation: Lead root cause analysis (using tools like 5 Whys, Fishbone, or FMEA) on defective units returned from the field or reported by customers

·       Corrective & Preventive Action (CAPA): Drive the 8D problem-solving process to ensure robust containment and permanent fixes are implemented in the production line

·       Reporting & Data Analysis: Summarize warranty claim data and trends, preparing regular reports for management and customers regarding quality status and improvement progress

·       Customer Advocacy & Audit: Act as the "voice of the customer" within the plant, performing audits of storage sites or assembly lines to ensure compliance with customer-specific quality requirements

·       Process / Product Audits: Conduct regular audits with the team to ensure plant quality level and identify opportunities for improvement

·       Lead CFT Claim Meeting: Lead quality and manufacturing team regular meeting to update and find actions from the claim

·       Claim Cost Management: Monitor and negotiate customer rejections to reduce financial impacts and improve the company’s quality scorecard
