Quality Assurance Executive

The QA Executive is responsible for monitoring sales calls through the On-Script platform to ensure quality and performance standards are met. This role includes providing valuable feedback to agents’ performance, identifying inefficiencies in On-Script, and conducting random audits to investigate low conversion rates. Additionally, the Senior Auditor will assist with validating BL portals and helping with the Do Not Contact (DNC) names and numbers validation to ensure compliance and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Call Monitoring: Monitor and assess sales calls through the On-Script platform to ensure adherence to quality standards and optimal performance.

2. Agent Feedback & Performance Management: Provide detailed feedback to agents’ Project Managers (PMs) based on data tracked and monitored through On-Script, ensuring continuous improvement in agent performance.

3. Identifying On-Script Inefficiencies: Track, identify and highlight inefficiencies within the On-Script platform while monitoring sales calls, offering insights for system or process improvements.

4. Random Audits of Dropped Leads: Conduct random audits of dropped leads to analyze reasons behind low conversion rates, providing actionable recommendations to improve lead conversion strategies.

5. BL Portals & DNC Validation: Validate BL portals and assist with the validation of Do Not Contact (DNC) names and numbers to ensure compliance and proper handling of sensitive data.

Pay: Rs73,000.00 per month
