WE’RE HIRING | QUALITY ASSURANCE EXECUTIVE

At MYDESIGNATION, quality is more than just an inspection — it’s about ensuring every product meets our standards before it reaches our customers.

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Assurance Executive to join our Sourcing team and oversee garment quality at the factory level.

With a monthly buying volume of nearly 100,000 units, we’re strengthening our quality control processes to ensure consistent product standards, minimise warehouse-level rejections, and improve production visibility.

What will you do?

• Conduct final garment inspections at manufacturing units before dispatch.
• Identify quality defects and ensure timely corrective actions.
• Monitor style-wise production progress and shipment readiness.
• Coordinate with factory teams to maintain approved quality standards.
• Share regular updates on production status, quality concerns, and dispatch timelines.
• Maintain accurate inspection reports and escalate critical issues.

Who are we looking for?

• Candidates with experience in apparel quality control or garment manufacturing.
• Knowledge of garment construction, stitching, measurements, and finishing.
• Strong attention to detail, communication, and follow-up skills.
• Willingness to work directly with manufacturing units across North India.
