Position: Quality Assurance Facilitator

Location: Rosario, Cavite

Schedule: Monday to Friday

Salary: Php 35,000 gross

Work Arrangement: Onsite

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field
• 2–3 years of experience in ISO system implementation, audits, or quality management systems
• Knowledge of IATF 16949:2016 is an advantage
• Experience in customer/supplier accreditation preferred
• Certified/Trained Internal Auditor for ISO 9001:2015/ISO 14001:2015 preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and maintain the Integrated Management System (IMS) in compliance with ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015
• Manage and update quality and environmental documentation (policies, procedures, manuals, records)
• Plan and conduct internal audits, ensuring timely resolution of findings
• Provide support to departments in addressing nonconformities, risks, and environmental concerns
• Assist in external audits, certification, and accreditation activities
