Quality Assurance/ Food Technologist

Job Summary:
We are lookin for a Food Tech/ Quality Assurance Specialist to support food safety and quality compliance for production and F&B franchise outlets in the Philippines. This is a hands-on role focused on hygiene monitoring, quality checks, and SOP compliance. Licensed Food Technologist is preferred but not required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct quality, hygiene, and sanitation checks
• Support GMP, GHP, and basic HACCP implementation
• Ensure compliance with company standards and local regulations
• Perform raw material, in-process, and finished product checks
• Complete QA documentation and reports accurately
• Assist in audits, inspections, and complaint investigations
• Support food safety and hygiene training for staff

Qualifications:

• BS in Food Technology, Food Science, or related field
• Licensed Food Technologist preferred but not required
• 1–3 years experience in food production or F&B
• Willing to work on the production floor and visit outlets

Work Setup:

• Production and franchise outlet-based
• May require shifting schedules and weekend work
