What they need
- Menyiapkan dan mendukung QA & QC Supervisor dalam penyusunan Quality Plan.
- Mengendalikan dan Review dokumen mutu Perusahaan (Form, CoA, TDS, SDS, Compro, Brosur, website, dll).
- Berkoordinasi dengan Departemen terkait untuk melakukan investigasi bila ada ketidaksesuaian mutu dari pelanggan yang disampaikan melalui fungsi Customer service Relationship.
- Membuat dokumen Product Clarification Report (PCR) untuk merespon Claim Customer.
- Membuat dokumen Corrective Action Report (CAR) untuk merespon Complain Customer
- Memastikan Corrective Action ditindaklanjuti departemen terkait.
- Membuat dan/ atau mengkoordinasikan Material Acceptance Test (MAT) untuk semua bahan baku, bahan penunjang, kemasan baru dan dari supplier baru.
- Membuat dan mengelola list spesifikasi bahan baku, kemasan dan produk.
