Job Summary:

The Head of Quality Assurance is responsible for leading the QA department to ensure all products, services, and processes meet internal quality standards and regulatory requirements. This role will define and implement quality strategies, establish metrics, and drive continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement company-wide QA strategies, policies, and procedures.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the QA team across departments and locations.
• Oversee the design and execution of QA audits, inspections, and testing protocols.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, customer requirements, and regulatory frameworks (e.g., ISO, FDA, GMP, etc.).
• Establish and monitor KPIs to assess the effectiveness of quality systems.
• Collaborate with Product Development, Operations, Manufacturing, and Customer Support to integrate quality into every phase of operations.
• Stay up-to-date with latest quality trends and regulatory changes to maintain compliance.
• Serve as the primary point of contact during audits and client quality assessments.

Requirements:
