Quality Assurance Inspector

1. Checking the physical integrity of final packaging (e.g., ensuring seals are intact, containers are untorn, and there are no signs of leakage or contamination).
2. Examining the dispatch environment itself—checking shipping containers or delivery trucks for cleanliness, structural holes, pest activity, or off-odors before loading.
3. Ensuring non-conforming materials are physically moved to designated "Hold" or quarantine zones to prevent accidental shipping.
4. Immediately halting the dispatch of any shipment found to have critical, major, or minor defects that violate specifications.
5. Review the dispatch schedule, pull the corresponding batch records, and verify that the laboratory has fully cleared the specific lot numbers for release.
6. Inspect the incoming delivery vehicle. Verify cleanliness, and absence of pests/odors.
7. Perform quality test on specific surfaces of the product-containing material.
8. Review Sanitation SOPs of packaging material and delivery tankers.
