Job Description

Interpack Packaging Product Corporation is looking for a detail-oriented and analytical QA Inspector to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for inspecting products and materials, ensuring compliance with established quality standards, identifying defects, and maintaining accurate inspection records to help ensure product quality and consistency.

Qualifications

• Graduate of BS Chemistry, BS Chemical Engineering, BS Biology, BS Industrial Technology, or any related course.
• Preferably with at least one (1) year of relevant work experience, particularly in the packaging industry.
• Fresh graduates with the necessary qualifications and willingness to learn are welcome to apply.
• Strong analytical, data analysis, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Physically capable of performing quality inspection duties, including standing for extended periods when required.
• Good visual acuity and the ability to distinguish colors accurately for product inspection.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Demonstrates a positive attitude, initiative, adaptability, and willingness to learn.
• Has good analytical and reasoning abilities and can quickly understand work procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods according to established quality standards and specifications.
• Identify, document, and report product defects, deviations, and nonconformities.
• Conduct visual inspections and perform quality checks based on company procedures.
• Record inspection results and maintain accurate quality documentation.
• Assist in analyzing quality issues and identifying possible causes.
• Coordinate with production and other departments to address quality concerns.
• Ensure compliance with company quality standards and procedures.
