Quality Assurance Lead

We are seeking a QA Lead to oversee testing processes and quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Lead QA initiatives and oversee software testing lifecycle.
• Develop test plans, test cases, and automated scripts.
• Ensure product quality through functional, regression, and performance testing.
• Manage defect tracking and collaborate with development teams.
• Implement automation frameworks and testing best practices.
• Mentor QA team members and manage workload distribution.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and release guidelines.

Skills:

• Experience in manual & automation testing.
• Strong understanding of Selenium, JMeter, JIRA, Postman.
• Knowledge of QA methodologies and SDLC.
• Test planning and team leadership.
• Analytical and documentation skills.

Educational Qualification:

• Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or related field.
• QA certifications preferred: ISTQB, CSTE, CSQA.
• Additional automation tool certifications (Selenium, Cypress) are advantageous.
