We're seeking an experienced QA/QC Manager to lead the Quality Control department and ensure products are manufactured in compliance with customer requirements, company standards, and applicable industry codes.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Lead and develop the QA/QC team

✔ Oversee inspections, testing, and quality documentation

✔ Ensure compliance with ASME Code requirements, customer specifications, and internal quality standards

✔ Manage Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), quality records, and manufacturing documentation packages

✔ Coordinate with customers, engineering, production, and third-party inspectors

✔ Support welding compliance, WPS/PQR/WPQ requirements, and NDT/NDE activities

✔ Investigate quality issues, implement corrective actions, and drive continuous improvement

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, or a related field preferred
• 5+ years of QA/QC experience in a manufacturing, fabrication, or industrial environment
• Previous experience managing or supervising quality personnel
• Experience with ASME pressure vessel fabrication and code compliance preferred
• Knowledge of ASME BPVC (including Section VIII & IX), welding documentation (WPS, PQR, WPQ), NDT/NDE, and quality systems
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documents
