Quality Assurance Manager

Qualifications:

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in Quality Assurance/Quality Control, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
2. Previous experience in a QA Supervisor/Manager or similar leadership position is preferred.
3. Strong knowledge of Incoming Quality Control (IQC), In-Process Quality Control (IPQC).
4. Good understanding of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and ISO 9001 requirements.
5. Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise, train, coach, and mentor QA/QC inspectors and team leaders.
6. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and comfortable working with quality data and reports.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead, supervise, train, and mentor quality inspectors and team leaders.
2. Ensure quality standards and specifications are consistently implemented throughout the production process.
3. Investigate internal quality issues and customer complaints, including root cause analysis and corrective actions.
4. Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with ISO 9001 and applicable company requirements.
5. Coordinate with Production and other departments to identify and resolve quality-related issues.
6. Ensure compliance with applicable quality standards, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
