QUALITY ASSURANCE MANAGER

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in Garment Technology, Textile Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Control within the garment manufacturing industry.
• At least 2 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of garment construction, sewing processes, fabric inspection, finishing, and garment quality standards.
• Experience with AQL inspection standards, quality audits, CAPA, and root cause analysis.
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, or Six Sigma is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• With vendor Quality Certificate in fashion/retail.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance policies, procedures, and standards.
• Lead and supervise the Quality Assurance team to ensure consistent implementation of quality requirements.
• Monitor quality performance from incoming materials to the final inspection of finished garments.
• Ensure compliance with customer specifications, AQL standards, and company quality requirements.
• Investigate quality issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Collaborate with Production, Industrial Engineering, Technical, Merchandising, and Warehouse teams to resolve quality concerns.
• Review quality inspection reports, analyze quality trends, and recommend improvement plans.
• Lead internal quality audits and support customer and third-party audits.
