Quality Assurance Manager

Supervise department operations, raw material quality testing, customer compliance, audits, and claim support to ensure product excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor the operational performance of all sections within the department.
• Supervise and track raw material quality testing results prior to releasing them to the production line.
• Review and sign authorization/approval documents submitted by subordinates.
• Plan quality inspection procedures in accordance with customer requirements.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure manufactured products meet customer quality expectations.
• Coordinate with customer representatives to acknowledge problems, identify corrective actions, and implement them into the production line process.
• Conduct meetings to brief section heads on customer requirements prior to starting operations, and comply with company policies/announcements, HR policies, WRAP/C-TPAT policies, the Code of Conduct, and customer CLS requirements.
• Maintain awareness of Safety Culture and comply with Safety, Occupational Health, Environment, Waste Management, Risk Assessment (RA), and Energy Conservation policies.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by superiors.
• Internal & External Audit tasks
• Customer Claim Support tasks in case of quality complaints

Qualification:

• Bachelor's Degree in any field
• Open to all genders
