About the role: As Quality Manager, you'll take ownership of the Quality Management System and ISO9001 accreditation.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing and continuously improving the Quality Management System
• Leading and influencing the business on appropriate industry quality standards
• Conducting internal audits and supporting external audits to maintain ISO9001 compliance
• Implementing and maintaining policies, standards, and procedures
• Preparing and submitting routine reports
• Developing initiatives that lift customer service satisfaction
• Delivering internal training programs to build a strong quality culture
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders

What you'll bring:

• Demonstrated leadership experience in a similar role
• Qualifications in Internal Auditing, Quality, or a related field
• Experience in a similar role within a manufacturing environment
• Strong understanding of quality control testing procedures and relevant standards
• Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to managing business requirements
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Hands-on experience with ISO9001 and conducting audits
