Quality Assurance Manager

Looking to take ownership of quality on some of Europe's most complex and high-profile data centre construction projects?

We're working with one of Europe's leading engineering and contractors to hire a Quality Manager for their growing project delivery team. This is an opportunity to play a pivotal role on major data centre, advanced technology and life sciences projects, ensuring world-class standards are achieved from construction through to commissioning and final handover.

You'll lead the project quality function, working closely with construction, commissioning and package management teams to drive quality performance, manage testing and turnover processes, and ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and right the first time.

This role would suit an experienced quality manager, QA/QC manager, systems completion manager or turnover manager looking to take ownership of quality strategy and project delivery on large-scale mission-critical projects.

What we're looking for:

• Experience leading QA/QC or quality teams on large construction projects
• Knowledge of quality systems, inspections, ITPs, NCR management and corrective actions
• Experience supporting testing, commissioning, turnover or client handover processes
• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills
• Background in data centres, pharmaceuticals, life sciences, industrial or other complex construction environments
