Responsibilities:

• Arrange and perform regular microbiological and physical test for raw materials, semi-manufactured and finished products, from sample preparation to results reporting and housekeeping miscellaneous for in-house laboratory
• Maintain detailed records of quality assurance activities, test reports, and audit trails to ensure traceability and regulatory compliance
• Perform equipment calibration
• Responsible for maintaining the Plant HACCP and ISO 22000 systems, including but not limited to GMP, Personal Hygiene, Sanitation Standard Operating Procedures, Chemical Control, and Pest Control
• Assist in complaint handling or internal outbreak investigations, including executing corrective and preventive actions
• Assist in ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Food Science / Food and Nutrition or any related disciplines
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in food industry
• Work experience in microbiology laboratory is highly preferable
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Good time management and communication skills
• Good command of written and spoken in Chinese and English
• 5‑day work with shift duty (Monday to Saturday, including public holidays)
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Group Assistant Quality Assurance Officer
