Key responsibilities

• Handle food safety enforcement
• Manage food safety violations within the commissary
• Handle and monitor the company's FDA registrations and compliances
• Oversee all quality control processes within the commissary
• Conduct internal training or refreshers for staff regarding food safety protocols and quality standards
• Work closely with the operations team, commissary management, and store managers to uphold uniform standards across all branches
• Prepare QC reports, incident summaries, and audit findings for management review
