Quality Assurance Officer

COMPANY PROFILE: A Japanese manufacturing company specializing in metal fabrication, surface coating, and the assembly of home appliances such as toasters, heaters, and other consumer products.

Position: Quality Assurance Officer
Industry: Manufacturing
Work Schedule: Monday – Saturday (Day Shift)
Work Location: Calamba, Laguna
Work Set Up: Onsite
Salary: Php 15,000-20,000

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or any related field
• With at least 1 year of experience in manufacturing or production
• Knowledgeable in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, and production processes
• Strong analytical, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Willing to work onsite in Calamba, Laguna

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Monitor production activities to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications
• Conduct quality inspections and identify potential issues to prevent production defects
• Prepare and maintain quality reports, production records, and related documentation
• Coordinate with Production and other departments to resolve quality-related concerns
• Assist in implementing corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives
• Support efforts to improve product quality and overall production efficiency
