  • Oversee specialized deep foundation testing such as High-Strain Dynamic Load Testing (PDA), Cross-Hole Sonic Logging (CSL), and static load test.
  • Review and approve Material Inspection Requests (MIRs) for critical imports like high -yield reinforcing steel, bentonite, polymer slurries, and structural steel sections.
  • Liaise with multicultural project teams, international consultants, third party laboratory technicians, and client representatives.
  • Compile, organize, and archive complete quality structural logs, piling records, grout profiles, and concrete compressive strength certificates for final project handover dossier.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Degree or Master’s in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, or closely related field. A licensed professional is given a priority.
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of dedicated QA/QC experience in heavy civil construction, with at least 2 years specializing in deep foundations or marine works.
  • Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD, document control flatforms and MS Office.
  • Deep familiarity with international codes including ASTM, ACI, BS, and Eurocodes related to concrete, steel, and soil mechanics.
  • Exceptional cross-cultural skills, adaptability to foreign regulatory frameworks, and willingness to travel or relocate globally.
  • Willingness to travel extensively and work in remote harsh international project environments on a rotational basis.
  • Professional working proficiency in written and spoken English; knowledge of secondary languages is an asset.

  • Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Team-oriented approach with the ability to work independently when required.
  • Commitment to safety and continuous improvement.
