Responsibilities :

• Implement and monitor quality assurance and quality control procedures in accordance with project specifications, approved drawings, applicable standards, and contractual requirements.
• Ensure that construction activities comply with approved quality plans, Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), Method Statements, and project specifications.
• Conduct site inspections to verify that construction works comply with approved drawings, technical specifications, and quality standards.
• Review and verify material submittals, technical documents, inspection requests, and test reports.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, site engineers, and project teams to ensure compliance with quality requirements.
• Monitor and inspect civil, architectural, structural, and finishing works for building and airport projects.
• Review and verify concrete works, reinforcement, formwork, waterproofing, masonry, and other construction activities, as applicable.
• Ensure that materials and workmanship comply with project specifications and relevant international standards.
• Identify non-conformities, issue Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) where required, and follow up on corrective and preventive actions.
• Maintain quality records, inspection reports, test reports, and other project quality documentation.
• Participate in quality audits, site inspections, and quality meetings with contractors and project stakeholders.
• Monitor the implementation of corrective actions and ensure timely closure of quality observations and NCRs.
• Assist in preparing quality reports and maintaining project quality documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with applicable health, safety, environmental, and quality requirements during site inspections.

Requirement :

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
• Relevant experience as a QA/QC Engineer in building, residential, commercial, or airport construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of quality assurance and quality control procedures, construction materials, inspection processes, and testing requirements.
• Experience reviewing drawings, specifications, Method Statements, ITPs, and material submittals.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 quality management systems and relevant construction standards.
• Experience identifying non-conformities and monitoring corrective actions.
• Strong coordination, communication, documentation, and reporting skills.
• Ability to work effectively with contractors, consultants, and multidisciplinary project teams.
