Quality Assurance Quality Control Engineer

Role Description The Quality Assurance Quality Control Engineer is a contract, on-site role based in Sariaya, Quezon . This role is responsible for planning and executing QA/QC activities for electrical construction projects, including developing and implementing inspection and test plans. The engineer conducts regular site inspections, verifies compliance with project specifications, standards, and client requirements, and documents findings through detailed reports. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring workmanship and materials, coordinating with project managers and site supervisors, addressing non-conformities, and recommending corrective and preventive actions. The role also involves supporting quality audits, maintaining quality records, and collaborating with clients and internal teams to ensure consistent quality performance throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Quality Control and Inspection skills, including experience with site inspections, testing procedures, and defect identification.
• Candidates should possess solid Quality Assurance and Quality Management capabilities, such as developing quality plans, procedures, and documentation.
• Candidates should possess experience in Quality Auditing, including internal audits, compliance checks, and reporting of audit results.
• Relevant bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related engineering discipline; professional license or certification is an advantage.
• Experience in electrical construction projects or industrial installations, preferably with large corporate or industrial clients.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret technical drawings, standards, and specifications.
• Effective communication and documentation skills, with the ability to coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and clients on-site.
• Ability to work on-site in Sariaya, Quezon, adapt to field conditions, and adhere to safety and regulatory requirements.
