Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced QA/QC Engineer with 8–12 years of experience in civil construction and infrastructure projects. The candidate will be responsible for implementing and maintaining quality standards, conducting inspections and testing, ensuring compliance with project specifications and approved drawings, and coordinating with project teams, consultants, clients, and testing agencies.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of quality assurance and quality control procedures, construction materials, inspection and testing, documentation, ITPs, method statements, and relevant IS/ASTM/BS standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure construction work complies with approved drawings, specifications, ITPs, and quality standards.
• Conduct site inspections and material testing for civil works.
• Prepare and maintain ITPs, checklists, inspection reports, and quality records.
• Monitor concrete, RCC, earthwork, finishing, and other civil activities.
• Identify quality issues, raise NCRs, and ensure corrective actions are completed.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and testing laboratories.
• Conduct quality audits and support project handover/close-out documentation.

Required Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
• 8–12 years of relevant experience in QA/QC for civil construction, infrastructure, building, industrial, or EPC projects.
• Strong knowledge of civil construction practices, inspection procedures, and quality control systems.
• Good knowledge of relevant IS, ASTM, BS, and project-specific standards/specifications.
• Experience in preparing and reviewing QAP, ITPs, Method Statements, Checklists, and Inspection Reports.
• Hands-on experience with NCR, corrective action, preventive action, and quality audits.
• Good knowledge of construction materials and laboratory/site testing procedures.
• Proficiency in MS Office and quality documentation/reporting.
• Good communication, coordination, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Certifications

• ISO 9001:2015 – Quality Management System knowledge/certification.
• QA/QC-related certification will be an added advantage.
• Relevant third-party inspection or construction quality certifications will be preferred.

Key Skills

• Strong knowledge of QA/QC procedures and civil construction.
• Knowledge of ITP, Method Statements, NCR, WIR/RFI, and quality documentation.
• Good understanding of IS/ASTM/BS standards and material testing.
• Knowledge of concrete, RCC, earthwork, and finishing quality control.
• Good MS Office/Excel, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage quality activities independently at project sites.

Pay: Up to ₹60,000.00 per month
