Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented QA/QC Officer to ensure that all furniture products meet the company’s quality standards, design specifications, and customer requirements throughout the manufacturing process.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect raw materials, including wood, boards, fabrics, foam, fittings, and finishing materials.
• Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with approved designs, measurements, and quality standards.
• Conduct quality checks at every production stage, from cutting and assembly to upholstery, finishing, and packaging.
• Identify defects, document non-conformities, and recommend corrective actions.
• Ensure finished furniture meets required standards for durability, functionality, appearance, and workmanship.
• Maintain quality inspection reports and production records.
• Work closely with production, design, and procurement teams to prevent recurring quality issues.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety procedures and quality control guidelines.

Requirements

• HND or BSc in Industrial Production, Mechanical Engineering, Furniture Technology, Wood Technology, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 2–5 years’ experience in quality assurance or quality control, preferably in furniture manufacturing or woodworking.
• Good knowledge of furniture materials, production processes, measurements, and finishing techniques.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and problem-solving ability.
• Ability to identify defects and enforce quality standards across production stages.

Pay: ₦200,000.00 per month
