Quality Assurance Representative

Key Responsibilities

 ·       Monitor compliance with company procedures, customer requirements, ISO standards, and applicable regulations.

·       Support internal and external audits and record audit findings.

·       Report non-conformities and track corrective and preventive actions.

·       Maintain document control systems.

·       Participate in quality, safety, and environmental improvement activities.

Qualifications

 ·       Bachelor's degree in Airport Management, Logistics, or a related field.

·       Minimum 1 year of operational experience in cargo, passenger services, ramp operations, or other related operational functions.

·       Good command of English communication.

·       Knowledge of quality assurance systems will be an advantage.
