Quality Assurance Specialist

About this role

BonChon Chicken Philippines is continuously growing since its launch in 2010. In this role, you will be collaborating with colleagues from diverse backgrounds and perspectives. We are looking for a Quality Assurance Specialist who is passionate and excited to contribute to the growth of our company.

Process Validation and Inspection: Perform warehouse inspections, tests, and audits of products and processes and ensure compliance to established ISO / HACCP / Food Safety Management System.

Policy Review and Implementation: Assist in reviewing, updating, implementing, and monitoring effectiveness of established policies, procedures, and programs to ensure the quality and safety of products

Documentation: Record findings, document procedures, and maintain quality control and audit records.

Qualifications

• Has good attention to details and with good auditing skills.
• Can properly relay audit findings to auditee.
• Well versed in Food Safety, Good Manufacturing Practices, Good Warehousing Practices and Good Transport Practices.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Applications such as Excel and Word.
• Willing to do fieldwork/store audit
