QUALITY ASSURANCE SPECIALIST

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
FOOD SAFETY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

• Implementation of Overall plant hygiene, environmental monitoring program and other Sanitation requirements related to HACCP Plan.
• Create or revise Food Safety Policy, Training and Sanitation Programs.

QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

• Review and update all Standard Operating Procedure at least once a year.
• Perform/Conduct Quarterly Internal and External audit
• Monitor Quarterly Quality Index (Client Quarterly Ratings)

GOOD MANUFACTURING PRACTICES IMPLEMENTATION

• Conduct refresher Training Courses and Assessment to all departments that are involved in the processes (SOPs)

PRODUCT AND PROCESS CONTROL

• Process in Line Verification and Process Audit of Finished Goods Flows.
• Create and Develop Process in Line Monitoring and Forms.

With more one (1) year experience in Quality Assurance and Control, in Manufacturing or FMCG.
Graduate of Bachelor Degree in Food Science, Food Technology or any related course.
