Quality Assurance Staff

About the role

PT Rinnai Indonesia is seeking a Quality Assurance Staff to join our team. This is a full-time position based in Tangerang Regency, Banten. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and comply with all relevant regulations and specifications. You will be responsible for conducting inspections, testing, and evaluating products throughout various stages of the manufacturing process to maintain our commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities:

1. Lead problem analysis and market claim investigations, identify root causes, and drive corrective/preventive actions.
2. Audit raw materials, packaging, labels, and finished goods, provide recommendations and solutions to improve quality and efficiency.
3. Support continuous improvement and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
4. Implement company policies & procedures to ensure product quality.
5. Monitor product quality across stages of production.
6. Set and maintain factory quality standards for each process and department.
7. Perform inline inspections, preliminary audits, and final checks.

What we're looking for:

1. Candidate must possess at least Diploma Degree.
2. Minimum 4 years of work experience in Quality Assurance in the manufacturing industry.
3. Strong knowledge of quality standards, inspection techniques, and testing methodologies.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Understanding of manufacturing methods and procedures including Kaizen and 5S3T.
6. Proficiency in using quality assurance tools, measuring instruments, and inspection equipment.
7. Knowledge of relevant quality standards such as ISO 9001 or equivalent certifications is advantageous.
8. Placement in our factory, Cikupa Plant.
