QUALITY ASSURANCE STAFF

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimal education are Apothecary, or Bachelor of Pharmaceuticals, Chemical, or other science backgrounds.

• Experience 2 years on Handling Complaint is A MUST

• Understanding of Root Cause Analysis or Risk Assessment

• Intermediate ability to write and speak English

• Ability to operate MS. Office (especially MS. Excell)

ROLE & RESPONSIBILTIES:

• Handling customer complaints, investigations and feed back to clients
• Monitoring and update monthly KPI internal and client’s KPI
• Reporting and data analysis with MS Excell

Monday – Friday : 08.00 – 17.00
