## **Responsibilities**

- Oversee the daily operations of the Quality Assurance department.
- Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Lead and mentor a team of quality assurance inspectors.
- Analyze quality data and prepare reports for management.
- Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve quality issues.
- Train staff on quality control processes and best practices.
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes.

## **Qualifications**

- Bachelor's degree in Quality Assurance, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in quality assurance or a similar role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proficient in quality control methodologies and tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to excellence.
