Qualifications
- Graduate of BS in Food Technology/Microbiology/Chemistry/Chemical Engineering.
- Knowledgeable in baking science and technology, sensory evaluation, statistical analysis, and GLP
- Must be knowledgeable in 5S, cGMP, SSOP, ISO, HACCP, HALAL, and applicable statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Highly analytical with strong leadership and auditing skills
- Computer literate; Google Colab
- Willing to work on a shifting schedule
