Quality Assurance Supervisor

Position: Quality Assurance Supervisor

Industry: Manufacturing (Automotive & Electronic Components)

Work Location: General Trias City, Cavite

Salary: Php 30,000–35,000 Gross

Work Setup: Onsite

Work Schedule: Monday - Saturday

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Preferably with advanced technical knowledge and expertise equivalent to 9–10 years of relevant work experience.
• With hands-on experience and a strong understanding of the stamping process in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledgeable in IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and VDA 6.3 standards and requirements.
• Experienced in quality assurance, quality control, and the implementation of quality management systems.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills, with the ability to identify quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop, implement, and maintain quality management programs in accordance with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and VDA 6.3 standards.
• Manage quality-related schedules and action plans to achieve established quality objectives, address customer complaints, and ensure compliance with implementation requirements from Headquarters.
• Oversee quality assurance planning, investigate quality issues, and lead corrective actions to ensure products meet customer requirements and quality standards.
• Monitor and evaluate quality assurance activities, identify opportunities for improvement, and ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality products.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to implement corrective and preventive actions, maintain compliance with quality standards, and prevent recurring quality issues.
