About the Role

As a Quality Assurance Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the integrity and performance of high-capacity commercial packaging systems. By leveraging your technical expertise in mechanical and electrical systems, you will drive operational excellence and ensure our production lines meet rigorous performance standards.

Responsibilities

• Configure and calibrate complex commercial packaging machinery to ensure optimal output.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical system malfunctions to minimize downtime.
• Interpret detailed engineering blueprints and schematics to guide precise equipment adjustments.
• Execute rigorous testing protocols to validate that all machinery meets safety and operational benchmarks.
• Utilize precision measurement tools and shop math to ensure component accuracy during setup.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline production workflows and improve equipment reliability.

Qualifications

Required Skills

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Demonstrated proficiency in equipment troubleshooting and mechanical diagnostics.
• Proven ability to read and interpret technical blueprints and schematics.
• Strong communication skills to effectively report technical issues and progress.

Preferred Skills

• Associate degree in Industrial Maintenance Technology or a related field.
• 2-5 years of hands-on experience in industrial electrical or mechanical maintenance.
• National Career Readiness Certificate (Silver level or higher).
