Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive evaluations of raw materials, work-in-progress components, and final assemblies to verify adherence to strict quality specifications.
• Utilize precision instrumentation, including calipers and micrometers, to validate that components fall within required tolerance levels.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of inspection findings to ensure full traceability and support continuous improvement efforts.
• Partner with production staff to troubleshoot defects and implement corrective actions that prevent future quality deviations.
• Contribute to operational efficiency by identifying process bottlenecks and suggesting refinements to current inspection workflows.
• Mentor team members on standardized testing protocols and quality best practices to foster a culture of excellence.
• Maintain physical readiness to perform detailed inspections throughout the duration of the shift.

Qualifications
