Responsibilities:

Test Planning & Documentation:

• Develop and document detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases. Participate in the analysis of user stories and requirements to ensure clarity and testability.

Manual & Automated Testing:

• Perform functional, regression, performance, and usability testing on web and mobile applications.
• Execute test scripts and review results, ensuring thorough testing coverage. Support the development of automated test scripts and frameworks to optimize testing efficiency.

Defect Management:

• Identify, log, and track software bugs and issues using Jira or a similar tracking tool. Collaborate with developers to understand and resolve issues efficiently, verifying fixes and conducting regression tests.

Collaboration & Communication:

• Work closely with the development, product management, and project teams to provide clear feedback on functionality, performance, and usability. Contribute to agile ceremonies, such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives, providing insights into QA progress and obstacles.

Continuous Improvement:

• Support ongoing process improvements for testing workflows, documentation, and automation practices. Stay up to date with the latest QA tools, technologies, and industry trends.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience
• A minimum of a degree in a related field
