I am currently working with a leading pharmaceutical services company based in Bedford. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced QA professional to step into a Training Coordinator role, supporting GMP, GDP, and SOP compliance across the business. The position offers immediate start due to backfill and is ideal for someone seeking to take ownership of key projects within a dynamic environment.

Key responsibilities for the QA Training Coordinator

• Deliver training across GMP, GDP, and SOP requirements, ensuring compliance and consistency.
• Manage training programs using dedicated software systems.
• Confidently present documentation and training materials to staff at all levels.
• Support audit readiness by maintaining thorough training records and compliance standards.
• Take ownership of QA projects, driving improvements and ensuring regulatory alignment.
• Packaging experience is advantageous but not essential.

Requirements for the QA Training Coordinator

• Strong knowledge of GMP/GDP principles.
• Experience with training management software.
