Quality Assurance/Control Asistant

1. To perform online checking as specified in the relevant Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), such as weight control, appearance, cleanliness, packing, coding, and labelling for Personal Care, Homecare Liquid, Edible Oil, or Food plant production lines.

2. To carry out quality control checks at regular intervals according to the SOP for each production line, including line start-up, weight checking, appearance and attribute checking, line clearance, and other specified online quality control checks.

3. To provide backup support in the absence of On-Line Quality Control personnel for the Liquid Plant/Homecare Plant (IPQC/Online). The employee is required to perform the relevant tests at specified times and highlight any deviations or discrepancies to the manager for resolution.

4. To perform daily or regular internal calibration of weighing balances and other measuring equipment used for online checking or within their area of responsibility.

5. To draw samples for in-house and/or external laboratory testing, including micro samples, retained samples, and other requested samples from the respective production lines.

6. To prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and other reports as required by management.

7. To ensure proper recording, filing, and maintenance of test results and data in compliance with ISO, GMP, and/or specified customer standard requirements.

8. To maintain cleanliness, safety, and workplace conditions to create a comfortable and suitable working environment.

9. To attend all training sessions (internal and external), seminars, presentations, and similar programmes as requested by management.

10. To perform the above-mentioned duties with high-quality results and in compliance with ISO, GMP, and/or specified customer standard requirements.

Requirements:

1. Minimum SPM or equivalent

2. Minimum 1 year experience in a similar capacity

Knowledge/Skills:

1. Possess basic quality control knowledge.

2. Possess basic knowledge and capable to do mathematic calculation.
