QUALITY ASSURANCE/QUALITY CONTROL

About the role

The QA/QC Engineer is responsible for implementing and monitoring the project's Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC) procedures to ensure that all construction activities, materials, workmanship, and completed works comply with approved plans, specifications, applicable standards, and client requirements. The position works closely with the Project Manager, Project Engineers, Site Engineers, subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and clients to ensure that project quality requirements are consistently achieved.

About you

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field
• Licensed Civil Engineer for applicable engineering positions (preferred)
• At least 2–3 years of experience in construction QA/QC (preferred)
• Knowledge of construction methods, materials, testing, and inspection procedures
• Familiarity with construction drawings, specifications, and technical documents
• Knowledge of applicable Philippine construction standards and project specifications
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Strong documentation and report-writing skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines
• Willing to work on construction sites and conduct regular field inspections
