Position Summary

We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Quality Auditor to join our 3rd shift team. This role is responsible for inspecting products, conducting floor audits, documenting quality results, and helping ensure all products meet customer and company standards.

No prior quality experience is required. We provide training for motivated candidates with manufacturing, production, or warehouse experience.

Schedule

• 8-hour shift
• Night shift 11 pm-7 am
• Monday-Friday

Work Location: Erie PA (In Person)

Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily inspections and product measurements according to work instructions
• Conduct quality audits on production presses and document findings
• Identify, report, and help contain non-conforming products and processes
• Verify operators are following work instructions and quality standards
• Monitor and support containment procedures during quality issues
• Tag, document, and segregate non-conforming products
• Maintain quality records, retained samples, and audit documentation
• Perform scheduled food safety audits
• Follow ISO 9001 and SQF Food Safety requirements (training provided)
• Communicate quality concerns and corrective actions to the Quality Manager
• Maintain accurate lab records and a clean, organized quality lab

Qualifications Required

• Strong attention to detail
• Basic math and measurement skills
• Good verbal communication skills
• Ability to use Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong teamwork and organizational skills

Preferred

• Manufacturing, production, warehouse, or inspection experience
• Understanding of quality control principles

Quality experience is not required. Training will be provided.
