Quality Auditor

Job Purpose

To ensure that the products, services, and operations of the hospital meet the established quality standards by conducting regular audits, identifying non-compliance issues, and recommending improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Planning and executing regular audits in accordance with the organization's audit schedule.
• Reviewing and assessing the effectiveness of an organization's quality control processes.
• Identifying non-compliance issues and areas of improvement within the organization.
• Reporting findings and recommendations to management and other relevant stakeholders.
• Ensuring that corrective actions are implemented to resolve identified issues.
• Verifying that all legal and regulatory requirements are being met.
• Assisting in the development of quality assurance policies and procedures.
• Keeping up-to-date with the latest industry standards and best practices.
• Conducting training sessions to enhance the quality awareness of employees.
• Documenting audit processes and results for future reference.

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, healthcare or hospital administration-related course
• Above-average working knowledge on quality management standards, and audit process.
• At least three (3) years of experience in the same field of work.
• Strong sense of objectivity and keen to details.
