Quality Auditor

Job Description:

• Conduct audits and surveillance of new procedures and procedure revisions prior to their implementation, to ensure compliance with applicable regulations and company requirements.
• Conduct internal and external audits in accordance with the approved annual audit plan, including preparation, execution, reporting, and follow-up of audit findings and corrective actions.
• Coordinate and liaise with the Indonesian DGCA and other relevant aviation authorities in relation to regulatory audits, inspections, and other quality or compliance activities.
• Coordinate and support external authority and customer audits, including audit preparation, documentation, and coordination with relevant departments throughout the audit process.
• Monitor and follow up audit findings and corrective actions, ensuring that responsible departments provide appropriate responses and corrective actions within the required timeframe.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Quality Manager in support of regulatory compliance, quality assurance, and the company’s quality objectives.

Job Requirements:

• Willing to be placed in Bali
• Minimum qualification: Polytechnic background, Aeronautical Engineering.
• Have experience in the aviation industry, especially in an MRO (Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul) environment, will be an advantage.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team and with external stakeholders.
• Have work ethic and discipline.
• Conversational English language skills.
