• Quality Audits: Plan and execute quality audits on products, processes, or services to identify non-compliance, defects, and areas for improvement
• Compliance Monitoring: Ensure that the organization adheres to regulatory requirements, industry standards, and internal quality control procedures
• Quality Inspections: Inspect and evaluate products, components, or materials to assess their quality and compliance with established standards
• Documentation Review: Review documentation, records, and reports to verify adherence to quality standards and procedures
• Data Analysis: Analyze quality-related data to identify trends, patterns, and areas of concern
• Root Cause Analysis: Investigate quality issues, identify root causes, and collaborate with relevant teams to implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
• Process Improvement: Suggest process improvements and optimization strategies based on audit findings
• Reporting: Prepare audit reports, findings, and recommendations for management and stakeholders
• Training and Education: Provide training and guidance to employees on quality control procedures and compliance requirements
