Quality Auditor (Open to Candidates Without Audit Experience )

Main Responsibilities:

• Conduct audits accurately, thoroughly, and within the required timeline, in compliance with company standards, SOPs, client requirements, and applicable regulations.
• Prepare clear, comprehensive, and professional audit reports with detailed findings and recommendations.
• Review relevant audit documents such as standards, client SOPs, procedures, and supporting documents before, during, and after audit activities to ensure completeness and full understanding of audit requirements.
• Plan, prioritize, and organize audit assignments effectively to deliver high-quality audit services and reporting outputs, including audit recaps, reports, and client-specific documentation.
• Ensure audit reports are completed and submitted within the agreed timeline, preferably by the next working day after the audit.
• Represent the company professionally with integrity, strong communication skills, and a customer-focused mindset during all audit activities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical, Chemical, Automotive, Electronics Engineering

• Minimum 5 years of experience in SQE, QA/QC in relevant fields

• Experience in audit, inspection, quality assurance, or ISO standards will be an advantage

• Strong analytical thinking with excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• Good command of English, both written and spoken

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional and proactive attitude

• Good time management and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments effectively

• Able to travel and work upcountry and/or overseas as required

• Ability to communicate in Chinese will be considered an advantage
