Quality Executive – Flexible Packaging

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Quality Executive to ensure quality standards are maintained across our flexible packaging manufacturing processes. The candidate will be responsible for quality inspection, process monitoring, documentation, and coordination with production and other departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct raw material, in-process, and finished product inspections.
• Monitor quality parameters throughout the manufacturing process.
• Identify, record, and resolve quality deviations.
• Coordinate with Production, PPC, Purchase and Dispatch teams on quality issues.
• Maintain inspection reports, quality records, and other documentation.
• Conduct root cause analysis and support CAPA/corrective actions.
• Handle and follow up on customer quality complaints.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, SOPs, and specifications.
• Conduct regular shop-floor quality checks.
• Support continuous improvement and 5S initiatives.

Requirements

• 3–7 years of experience in Quality Control/Quality Assurance in manufacturing.
• Experience in flexible packaging, printing, plastic, FMCG packaging, or related industries will be preferred.
• Graduate/Diploma/B.Tech in a relevant field.
• Good understanding of quality inspection and documentation.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Willingness to work on the manufacturing shop floor.
