Job Summary

As a Quality Checker, you will be responsible for ensuring that all aroma diffuser machines, fragrance oils, and related accessories meet the company's quality standards before they are released for delivery or installation. You will conduct inspections, identify product defects, verify functionality, and maintain accurate quality records to ensure customers receive products in excellent condition. Your role is essential in upholding company’s commitment to delivering premium scenting solutions and exceptional customer satisfaction.

Job Description

• Inspect incoming and outgoing aroma diffuser machines, fragrance oils, and accessories to ensure compliance with company quality standards.
• Perform functional testing on diffuser machines, including power, mist output, timer settings, Bluetooth/Wi-Fi functionality (if applicable), and scent diffusion performance.
• Check products for cosmetic defects such as scratches, dents, cracks, loose components, incorrect labeling, or damaged packaging.
• Verify that all products, accessories, manuals, power adapters, and packaging are complete prior to release.
• Conduct quality inspections before products are dispatched for customer delivery or installation.
• Identify, document, and report defective or non-conforming products to the Operations or Technical Team.
• Coordinate with the Warehouse, Technician, and Purchasing teams regarding quality issues and product replacements.
• Ensure fragrance oils are properly sealed, labeled, and free from leaks or contamination.
• Maintain quality inspection records, checklists, and non-conformance reports.
• Assist in investigating recurring product defects and recommend corrective andpreventive actions.
• Monitor product handling, storage, and packaging procedures to minimize damage.
• Ensure compliance with company quality standards, safety procedures, and operational guidelines.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Quality Control (QC), Quality Assurance (QA), Warehouse Inspection, or Product Inspection is preferred.
• Experience inspecting electronics, appliances, consumer products, or aroma diffuser machines is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify defects accurately.
• Basic knowledge of quality inspection procedures and documentation.
• Familiarity with electronic products and basic functionality testing is an advantage.
• Good organizational and record-keeping skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to learn company quality standards and inspection procedures.
• Physically fit and capable of handling light to moderate lifting of products when necessary.

Work Arrangements

• Work Location: Pinagbuhatan, Pasig.
• Work Shift: 6 days a week, (8:00AM to 5:00PM) or (9:00AM to 6:00PM)
• Work Set-up: Onsite

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
