Quality Control Analyst

We have Opening of Quality Control Manager in Mangolpuri, New Delhi.

Qualification B.E./B.Tech/M.Tech in Mechanical Engineering preferred. Relevant technical qualifications may be considered based on experience. Position Overview Responsible for managing quality control and quality assurance of automobile/engine components, incoming and outgoing materials, packing, vendors, warehouse processes, and documentation. The candidate should have strong technical knowledge of engine parts and a hands-on approach to quality inspection and process control.

Key Responsibilities Inspect incoming and outgoing automobile/engine components such as piston rings, valves, liners, etc. Inspect packing materials including cartons, boxes, labels, tapes, etc. Use Vernier, micrometers, gauges and other measuring instruments for quality inspection. Read and verify technical drawings, dimensions, tolerances and specifications. Establish quality benchmarks, inspection procedures and acceptance/rejection criteria. Monitor packing, labelling, storage, handling and dispatch quality. Identify quality issues and conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and CAPA. Manage vendor quality, rejections, NCRs and corrective actions. Handle customer quality complaints and coordinate resolutions. Maintain inspection reports, rejection records and other quality documentation. Coordinate with Operations, Warehouse, Purchase and Vendors to maintain quality standards. Supervise QC activities and ensure consistent implementation of quality procedures. Required Skills     Strong knowledge of automobile/engine components and auto parts. Ability to read technical drawings and use inspection instruments. Experience in QC inspection, rejection analysis and process control. Good understanding of vendor/supplier quality management.
Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills. Self-driven, systematic and hands-on approach.

Note: AutoCAD knowledge is an added advantage but drawing creation is not mandatory. The candidate must be able to read and interpret technical drawings.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
