Quality Control Analyst-CRM

1. Audit leads to verify their quality, accuracy, and authenticity.

2. Identify and update duplicate, invalid, incomplete, irrelevant, and non-genuine leads.

3. Maintain accurate lead calling reports, including call outcomes and discrepancies between customer feedback and sales team updates.

4. Maintain and update lead reports on a daily basis.

5. Ensure all lead details, call outcomes, customer feedback, and audit findings are accurately updated in the CRM system.

6. Follow up on leads with missed follow-ups by the sales team and arrange site visits for interested customers.

7. Prepare and maintain a defaulter list of sales team members with repeated missed follow-ups or fake CRM updates.

8. Audit completed sales done and EOI cases , collect customer feedback, request references, and obtain testimonials from satisfied customers.

9. Submit daily lead calling and quality audit reports to the Central Team.

10. Provide real-time updates to the Central Team regarding any serious calling discrepancies, mismatches, or suspected fake updates.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
