Quality Control & Store Supervisor

1. Develop, implement, and oversee the company’s quality assurance strategies, systems, and standards to ensure consistent product quality and regulatory compliance.

2. Lead and manage the QC team in monitoring raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure conformance with internal and external standards

(e.g., ISO 9001, 14001, 45001).

3.Design and continuously improve quality inspection protocols and testing procedures to enhance operational efficiency and reduce quality-related costs.

3.Analyze production data and quality metrics using statistical tools to identify trends, root causes, and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).

4.Collaborate closely with production and supply chain teams to address and resolve quality issues across the value chain.

5.Supervise internal and external audits, including customer audits, certification audits, and regulatory inspections.

6.Develop training programs and promote a quality-first culture within the organization.

7.Evaluate supplier quality performance and coordinate improvement initiatives to ensure compliance with specifications and standards.

8.Prepare and present quality reports, risk assessments, and improvement proposals to senior management for strategic decision-making.

9. Supervise daily receiving, storage, movement, issuing of direct materials

10.Ensure uninterrupted material support to production lines according to loading schedule

11. Monitor and control materials to comply FIFO rule and maintain storage area in good condition and safety

12.Manage materials transactions and inventory accurately

13.Monitor inventory aging, excess, obsolete, and slow-moving materials

14.Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, transaction errors, and stock variances

15. Support internal and external and customer audits

16.Communicate and follow up pending issue to close in a timely

17.Revise WI as needed

18.Other tasks as assigned
