Quality Control Assistant / Executive

Key Responsibilities: -

• Assist QC Manager in the management and administration of the QC Laboratory.
• Ensure the cleanliness of working area, verification of calibration status, maintenance of workspaces and preventive maintenance status of the instruments.
• Responsible to management of raw material, WIP & finished good, reference standard and working standard as per the SOP.
• Responsible to perform the daily verification, calibration, and maintenance of instruments/equipment’s activities as per the schedule.
• Responsible to perform the analysis for working standard, raw materials, in-process, finished product and stability samples as per predefined procedures.
• Responsible to review and verified logbook in QC Lab.
• Responsible to calibration, and maintenance of stability chamber
• Responsible to prepare of the new and revision of SOPs for improvement of GLP compliance and revisions.
• Responsible to ensure good documentation practices in all QC documents and ensure real-time documentation completion.
• Able to prepare report.
• Conduct inspections and testing of raw materials, in-process items, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Prepare and maintain quality documentation, reports, and records accurately.
• Support corrective and preventive action (CAPA) initiatives and collaborate with other departments to resolve quality issues.
• Assist in implementing and monitoring quality procedures, guidelines, and industry best practices.

Perform other related duties as assigned from time to time based on company needs.

Competencies / Skills

• Education: Diploma/Degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Technical Knowledge: Understanding of quality control processes, standards, and tools.
• Communication Skills: Good written and verbal communication in English and Malay.
• Problem-Solving: Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and ability to work under minimal supervision.
• Candidates available for an immediate start will be prioritized.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
