Quality Control Associate

Job Summary

Hearty Acquisitions is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Production Quality Control Associate to monitor production and help ensure our products are made safely and according to company standards.

Responsibilities

• Monitor production by taking product temperatures, completing Master Batch Sheets, and ensuring production activities are properly documented.
• Perform facility walkthroughs when production is not running.
• Verify allergen labels and ingredient lot numbers.
• Keep the QC Hold area clean, organized, and remove expired retained samples or materials.
• Assist with other quality tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• Food manufacturing experience is a plus but not required.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
• Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented.
• Good communication skills and willingness to learn.

Physical Requirements

• Able to stand and walk for most of the workday.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.
• Able to move between hot production areas and refrigerated coolers/freezers throughout the day.
• Able to lift up to 40 pounds.

Pay: $18.00 per hour
